Title This: TNA No Surrender Reaction “Two Men To Build a Company Around”

World Heavyweight Championship Main Event

TNA No SurrenderBobby Roode vs. Lashley is a great pairing between two fighters. There is nobody like Lashley, but I love the pairing with the intense and physical Roode. Lashley kicks off with arm drags and pure power moves to get the advantage. Roode tries a DDT, but Lashley throws him off of the top rope. Lashley looks to hit the Spear, but Roode ducks and locks in the Crossface. Kenny King tries to help Lashley by grabbing his boot. Eric Young comes out and takes out Kenny King.  Lashley tries a running powerslam, but Roode locks in the Crossface once again. Lashley powers out again.

The champion stalks his prey and hits a Spear. Roode kicks out of the Spear and Lashley is surprised. He heads to the outside and grabs his belt into the ring. He misses and Roode hits a Roode Bomb. He only gets a two count and the match continues. Both men exchange punches, trying to get the upper hand. Bobby Roode hits a spinebuster (best in the business) and only gets another two count. Lashley is able to get him in the Tortune Rack and Roode reverses it. Lashley hangs onto the ropes and Roode throws him viciously to the outside.

Bobby Roode brings Lashley back into the ring and looks to finish him off. Lashley catches him on the top rope and throws him off of it. Roode hops over a Spear attempt and his knee gives out, which lets Lashley get the victory after a Spear.

These guys put on one hell of a championship match. These are two guys you build an entire company around. I love the intensity of Lashley, seeing his facial expressions and his improvement on the little things to make this story of his reign even better. Each match gets better with Lashley and Roode was an excellent opponent.  Bobby Roode is just so good, every single night. There is no weakness in his game.

Who is next? Can there be a better opponent for Lashley than Roode? It was so smooth and had many dramatic elements attached to it. This was a great way to end the night.
