These guys have a great gimmick going, but not a lot of career direction at the moment. After a failed attempt at both the United States and Intercontinental Championships, The Miz will need to refocus his attention towards getting back in the spotlight he craves (and deserves!).
Meanwhile, Damien Mizdow is quickly establishing himself as the star of the act, eclipsing Miz each week on RAW, Smackdown and Main Event. It’s only a matter of time before he turns on his mentor – like he said he was going to do, several months ago – and becomes a fan-favorite. If Miz were to work his way onto Team Authority, using his status as a former WWE Champion and WrestleMania main-eventer as leverage, a Survivor Series elimination could spark tension between the duo. Likewise, could you imagine how upset Miz would be if his stunt double got the spot instead?
