WWE Championship – Seth Rollins vs Brock Lesnar
How can Rollins win this? I’m not sure WWE should even consider booking a Rollins victory. The crowd would explode with negativity if Rollins is booked to win this. Some predict that this match could have a screwy finish so that Lesnar’s retribution comes at SummerSlam but I cannot help feel that Lesnar needs to remain unstoppable at this stage.
I was surprised on RAW when Heyman said that Rollins has all the pressure on him this Sunday. I thought that Rollins could have responded with the complete opposite. He could have said that Lesnar is the one with all the pressure, after all, everyone expects him to win, but what if he doesn’t? I thought that would have created an interesting dynamic but we got the finish we largely expected. Maybe these two will go at it again at SummerSlam? Maybe Reigns will be involved, who knows?
Prediction: Brock Lesnar
We also have the potential to get the Divas involved after this past week’s reveal of Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Becky Lynch. There is also the returning Stardust. Cody has gone against what most people wanted and kept his persona alive since the tragic passing of his Father. That being said, Stardust has started a vendetta against all ‘Heroes’ and this seems to nicely lead in to a possible match with ‘Arrow’ A.K.A. Stephen Amell which has been heavily rumoured for SummerSlam.
The Divas and Stardust probably won’t wrestle on the card but could still have some involvement.
Overall, I’m aware that I’ve picked three Championships to change hands, which is highly unlikely going into SummerSlam where you’d traditionally have the major changes taking place. However, it seems logical to make these choices and we all know how dangerous it is to apply logic to WWE booking.
