A Smackdown Live Women’s Championship match featured Alexa Bliss vs. Becky Lynch. Becky gets rolling with a series of arm drags and then a side kick off the ropes. Bliss is able to reverse a suplex into a hair whip and kick to the stomach. Becky counters Bliss with a rolling crucifix for two. A slap to the face enrages Becky, giving her fire to his a dropkick and then a forearm into the corner. Becky goes for the DisArm Her, but Bliss rolls out of the ring. Becky with a flying forearm to connect with Alexa on the outside.  Bliss ends up getting counted out and then gets back into the ring. She attacks Becky and then Becky gets in control. It ends up as a countout and Bliss escapes without much damage.

I am becoming a big fan of Alexa Bliss each week. Her poise in the ring is great, as well as her athleticism and scrappy ability. She reminds me of a more polished AJ Lee, but her gimmick is not fully on that level. Alexa loves to be hated, loves to be a heel and you can tell that. When she needs to improvise, it seems to work without any flaws. Keep this feud going into 2017 because there is so much untapped potential. Becky, a fan favorite, is the perfect fit for Alexa. Let’s just hope not everyone starts to root for the heel like many crowds want to do.
