Alexia Nicole On Preparing For Her UK Tour, Talents She’s Eyeing To Face

Alexia Nicole discusses her tour of the United Kingdom.

Alexia Nicole recently made a trip across the pond for an opportunity to wrestle in and around the United Kingdom. Before “The Bionic Woman” headed overseas, though, she spoke with WrestleZone’s Ella Jay about the process of preparing for this tour.

“I don’t know if I’m preparing. I haven’t packed anything. It’s a night-before thing for me. I’m really excited. I want to do it. Earlier in the year, other things got in the way, so I couldn’t. So I’m really, really excited that I get to go. Now I get to go with some workers from Canada as well, so I’m not by myself, which is nice because I’m also an anxious traveler, so not going alone is working well for me,” Nicole said.

“I’m really excited. I’m actually starting in Spain, which is so cool to me. I’ve never left this side of the world, so just the fact that I get to go and already for sure go to two different countries, I’m just so grateful. Am I prepared? We’ll see on the day of, when I get on the plane. But I’m really excited and I’m really, really looking forward to it.”

When asked about which competitors she was eager to work with in the European wrestling scene, Nicole provided three names she was keen on facing during the tour, and beyond.

“I’m really excited for my match with Charlie Morgan, which is literally the last day of my tour. I’m really looking forward to that. I don’t know who I’m wrestling yet when I get to Spain, but there is a worker there, [Aurora Teves], she’s from Canada. We actually wrestled a few times here, so I’m just excited to see her again. Whether or not we wrestle, I’m just excited for the chance that I get to hang out with her and see her. It’s been so many years that I just want to catch up.”

“I would like to wrestle, at some point, Nina Samuels,” Nicole added. “I think that’d be a lot of fun. She’s definitely at the top of my list. I do have a list at the moment. Can I remember all the names? No, but she’s at the top in terms of who I want to work from there.”

Tour Reflection

Alexia Nicole’s tour of Europe began on October 19, before coming to a close on November 6. During this timeframe, Nicole ventured into promotions such as Revolution Championship Wrestling, Wrestle Carnival, Community Pro Wrestling, and DOA Wrestling.

Amidst her stop at RCW in Spain, Nicole wrestled Rebecca Scott and fellow Canadian Aurora Teves in a semi-finals match for the RCW World Cup.

With her European tour now in the rearview mirror, Alexia Nicole took a moment to reflect on the international experience.

“17 days. 4 countries. Countless once in a lifetime experiences: Thank you so much to @RCWSpain @DOAWRESTLINGUK, @Communityprowr1, and @WrestleCarnival for having me. I appreciate all the opportunities you’ve given me on this trip and I hope to be back soon,” Nicole tweeted.
