#2.) Brock Lesnar vs Kurt Angle – SmackDown
Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle had an incredible string of matches in 2003, spanning from the main event of WrestleMania until their epic Iron Man match on SmackDown. Many consider the 60-minute Iron Man match on SmackDown to be the greatest match in the blue brand’s history and it’s hard to argue against it.
It was a tight battle through and through, with Lesnar showing far more skill and experience for someone his age, while Kurt Angle continued to prove his technical brilliance as a performer. Lesnar led the board at 5-4 and the final 18 seconds felt much longer than it did, as Lesnar withstood an extensive ankle lock to become WWE Champion again.
