Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar was a feud that was better than it had any right to be. Samoa Joe and Lesnar had a month-long feud for the Universal Championship and Joe turned out to be one of his most highly-anticipated opponents in a while. He stood toe-to-toe with Lesnar and got the best of him on multiple occasions.
The match itself was a short but intense affair and Lesnar did win, but Joe looked like a million bucks in the process. He was still in Universal title contention after that but the focus wasn’t as much on him. this was a feud that Lesnar looked like he genuinely enjoyed himself.
