Monday Night Raw settled the issues between The Shield and The Dogs Of War in a dramatic main event. Fueled by the events earlier in the night, Rollins and Ambrose had trouble co-existing and nearly paid for it. However, their brotherhood along with their desire to win was enough to thwart the onslaught of Strowman, Ziggler, and McIntyre. McIntyre would accidentally hit Stowman with a Claymore Kick, allowing The Shield to take advantage of the numbers game and eliminate Dolph Ziggler with their Triple Powerbomb.
Angered by their defeat, Braun Strowman wanted to make good on his promise by attacking Dolph Ziggler. After powerslamming Ziggler, he was met with a second Claymore from McIntyre, this time with intention:
"START THIS MATCH, AND SHOW ME SOMETHING!"
