According to PWInsider, Adidas, the infamous sports shoe and clothing brand is going after Alpha Entertainment’s trademarking for their logo, which bears some similarities to the Adidas brand logo. At the moment, several of Adidas’ umbrella companies have asked for added time in pursuing the matter.

Alpha Entertainment was launched in 2017 as a separate entity from WWE after it was announced that Vince McMahon would be rebooting the XFL, which will be helmed by Oliver Luck as its CEO and commissioner, former NFL player and father of current Colts’ quarterback Andrew Luck.

There really isn’t much to Alpha Entertainment’s current website minus the XFL announcement and this brief bio on Vince McMahon:

Vince McMahon, Founder, Alpha Entertainment and Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer of WWE, Inc. (WWE), is a third-generation promoter who has made WWE into the global phenomenon it is today.
