John Bradshaw Layfield had quite the night last night as the Dallas Cowboys took on the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football and took the opportunity to go after Cody Rhodes in a Twitter tirade. Cody responded with saying “I’m thinking JBL had a few drinks tonight…” and even Matt Jackson shared a screen shot of JBL blocking him. Now the former WWE Champion and color commentator went on this morning to apologize for choosing the wording that he would “kill” Cody Rhodes and said that he goes “way back with him and his family.” JBL also followed up with his apology by saying that he did have “one too many.” Cody Rhodes’ & Matt Jackson’s Tweets are below as well as JBL’s entire apology this morning.
