New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Chris Charlton is reporting Kota Ibushi suffered a concussion in his match against Will Ospreay at Wrestle Kingdom 13 last night.
According to an English translation of the report linked below, Ibushi’s condition is not expected to be serious, but more information will be released when available. Charlton also responded to questions about when we might learn more, saying he was hopeful there could be an on-air update as soon as tomorrow.
Ibushi was stretchered out of the arena after Ospreay defeated him for the NEVER Openweight Championship.
