A fatal four-way was set earlier tonight to determine the next challenger for Brock Lesnar’s Universal Championship. The four men competing for the spot included John Cena, Drew McIntyre, Finn Balor and Baron Corbin. However, only one could prevail and in the end the match made for the Royal Rumble was Finn Balor vs Brock Lesnar.

Balor had the toughest road to the match as he had to defeat Jinder Mahal earlier in the night to keep his spot. However, he was successful in defeating the “Modern Day Maharaja” despite the former WWE Champion attacking Balor before the match even started.

The four-way match was equally as difficult as all four competitors managed to shine throughout the RAW main event. However, Balor would wound up being victorious. To get the win he pinned John Cena with a Coup de Grace! Cena then congratulated Balor and shook his hand.
