Fox Sports Australia is reporting that WWE has signed Australian wrestlers Elliot Sexton (Brendan Vink) and Jonah Rock (Jermaine Haley). The duo, who once competed together as SexRock, are set to report to the Performance Center this month and will be a part of WWE’s new class of signees.
Both Sexton and Rock have made names for themselves on the Australian independent circuit. Rock was featured in Pro Wrestling Guerilla‘s 2018 Battle of Los Angeles. Elliot Sexton is the real life partner of NXT Superstar Dakota Kai and has created a comedic YouTube series based on his relationship entitled Trophy Life.
The two join other Australian native WWE talent including; 205 Live‘s Buddy Murphy, SmackDown Live‘s The IIconics, NXT UK’s Toni Storm and Rhea Ripley, developmental talents Shane Thorne and Daniel Vidot.
Fox Sports Australia adds that Sexton and Rock will most likely graduate to NXT, rather than NXT UK.
