Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer is reporting in his latest Observer Newsletter that the day of the week in which an impending All Elite Wrestling show would air is still in question.
According to Meltzer, “the day of the week is no longer a lock” for an AEW show but a two-hour prime time TV show is still a likely outcome. The original plan was for an AEW airing on Tuesdays, but that’s no longer set in stone.
The new AEW show was reported to air on television the same week that WWE will be moving SmackDown over to Fox while an article by The Wrap reports that AEW is in advanced talks with Turner Broadcasting, but a deal is not signed yet.
