During this week’s NXT television tapings, they confirmed that a TakeOver would take place in June. However, a location wasn’t announced by WWE. According to Wrestling Observer, the still yet to be named event will take place in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Previously, other locations included Atlanta, but WWE apparently chose otherwise.

Matches expected to take place include a NXT Championship rematch between Adam Cole and Johnny Gargano. Velveteen Dream defending his North American Championship against the returning Tyler Breeze, and a four-way for the now vacant NXT Tag Team Titles with the Street Profits, Undisputed Era, The Forgotten Sons, and Lorcan & Burch.
