Kofi Kingston is still the WWE Champion after defeating Kevin Owens at WWE Money In The Bank.
Kofi overcame Owens’ offense (and KO ripping Kofi’s shoes off midmatch) to retain his title. Owens threw everything he had at the champion, including his trademark pop-up powerbomb and a stunner. In the end, Kofi countered a top rope Swanton by kneeing Owens on the way down, then hit Trouble In Paradise for the win.

Owens sends Kingston into the corner. Kingston explodes out of the corner and clotheslines Owens. Owens is turned inside out. Owens rolls to the outside. Kingston hits a clothesline off the steps. Kingston misses a splash off the top. Owens superkicks Kingston. Owens stomps Kingston in the ropes. Owens hits a splash off the apron onto Kingston. Kingston backdrops Owens into the corner. Kingston tries the Boom drop but Owens counters it into a Boston Crab. Kingston escapes. Kingston and Owens fight on the apron. Kingston double stomps Owens on the apron. Kingston tries a twisting splash off the top to the outside. Owens superkicks Kingston out of midair. Owens kicks out. After a series of counters, Kingston puts Owens in the SOS. Owens manages to kick out at two. Kingston tries Trouble in Paradise. Owens catches Kingston’s leg and puts him in the Boston Crab again. Kingston escapes yet again. Owens drops Kingston with the Popup Powerbomb. Kingston kicks out!
