Both the Miz and Drew McIntyre lost their matches at Money in the Bank. The two superstars hoped to get back on track with a win on RAW. Shane McMahon accompanied McIntyre to the ring, which suggests a possible alliance between the two. Miz and McIntyre were both desperate for a victory and it showed. McMahon interfered and tried to help McIntyre defeat the Miz but the A-Lister persisted. McMahon attacked Miz again and McIntyre capitalized; he hit a Claymore Kick for the win.
After the match, Roman Reigns saved the Miz from a post-match attack.
