In a recent interview between Kristine Leahy and Bayley for Fair Game, the subject of wrestlers driving themselves to different cities came up. The official show Twitter account originally tweeted out this moment, which features Kristine shocked at the working conditions of the WWE superstars and suggesting that they unionize. That tweet has since been deleted, but evidence remains thanks to Kristine Leahy’s retweet.
Shocked!! To hear this! Happy to help with the CBA negotiation anytime!

Noted wrestling writer David Bixenspan was one of the first to notice the discrepancy, and he also posted the deleted clip for preservation purposes. As you can see in the video, Kristine’s shocked reaction is genuine. When Bayley suggests that it would be unfeasible for WWE to drive wrestlers around, she states that she believes that WWE “makes a lot of money” off of their talent and suggests unionization. Bayley deftly shifts the conversation away from that topic and the interview continues. WWE has a working relationship with Fox going into SmackDown’s move to the network this Fall.
Here’s the clip from Kristine Leahy’s interview with Bayley—tweeted Thursday by her FS1 show’s official account and then deleted within the last hour—where a relative softball question stumbled into Leahy being shocked by WWE talent driving themselves and not having a union. pic.twitter.com/w1t8j3SsG6
