WWE Reportedly In Talks With CMLL

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE has been in talks with the Mexican-based promotion CMLL.

According to Meltzer, with Sofia Alonso taking the CMLL reigns after her father and famed promotor Paco Alonso passed away last month, WWE has reached out to the company for discussion.

Paco Alonso was operator of CMLL dating all the way back to 1987 and had brokered relationships with New Japan, Rev Pro and Ring of Honor while CMLL was under his watch.
