The New Day issued an open challenge for anyone in the SmackDown roster, telling the brand that they would defend their Tag Team Championships against whoever wanted to challenge them. During tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, that challenge came in the form of Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro. While the two superstars were close to taking them down at times, the defending champions came away with a win, as New Day was able to come away with a win.
