A Dynamite showing indeed.

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite brought in 967,000 viewers, which is up from the 683,000 viewers the show brought in two weeks ago on December 18. AEW did not air a live show last week because of an off-week for Christmas. Additionally, AEW also drew a .36 in the 18-49 key demographic, which is up from the .25 they scored two weeks ago.

By comparison, this week’s episode of NXT brought in 548,000 viewers, compared to 831,000 the show brought in last week. NXT also drew a 0.15 in the 18-49 demo, down from the .022 the show brought in last week. It’s worth noting NXT aired a Year-End Award show this week, also featuring the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic bracket reveal, likely contributing to the dip in numbers.
