Backstage, Owens asks Adam Pearce for a match with Jey Uso. Pearce says he can’t do it. Pearce says he can give Owens a match against anyone but Jey Uso. Owens asks for a match with Roman Reigns instead. Pearce says no way. Owens reminds Pearce that they have known each other for 15 years and he is only doing what Pearce would do if he was in this position. Pearce says fine. Owens can have his match with Jey Uso.
Backstage, Crews is with Big E. Kayla asks Big E what we should expect from him now that he’s the champ. Big E. is going to be a fighting champion, so he is issuing an open challenge for next week. Crews immediately accept. Crews laughs as he says the reason Big E is champ may actually be because of him. Now that Big E doesn’t have his Crews watching his back, he may not be so lucky. Big E and Crews laugh awkwardly.
The Riott Squad vs. Natalya and Tamina w/Billie Kay
Tamina yells at Kay from the apron because she is annoying. Riott runs into an uppercut from Tamina. Riott manages to tag in Morgan, who knocks Natalya off the apron. Morgan lays into Tamina with rights and lefts. Riott and Morgan hit a double STO. Kay walks over to The Riott Squad’s corner and acts like she is with them. Riott tells Kay to hit the bricks. Kay gets on the apron as Tamina is trying a Samoan drop. Morgan escapes and rolls up Tamina for the win.
