Tonight’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling featured a Triple Threat match to determine the #1 Contender for the X-Division Championship. In a brutal match, Ace Austin was able to overcome Black Taurus and Chris Bey to earn himself a shot at the title.
In a match that featured three of the biggest stars in IMPACT Wrestling, it was Austin that was able to walk out on top thanks to his quick thinking and with some help from Madman Fulton. Late in the match, Chris Bey knocked Black Taurus out of the ring and went for The Arn of Finesse, but Fulton – who was at ringside with Austin – knocked him off of the springboard. This quick move allowed Austin to easily cover him for the win, shocking both opponents in the process.
Now, Austin will face off against TJP at IMPACT Sacrifice, which is set to take place on March 13, 2021.
