The AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament is officially underway, and Orange Cassidy has punched his ticket to the next round.
On the October 22 episode of AEW Rampage, “Freshly Squeezed” defeated Powerhouse Hobbs in a first-round bout. Cassidy capitalized when Hobbs was arguing with the referee, as he rolled up the distracted powerhouse for the win.

The tournament will continue with two star-studded bouts on the October 23 episode of Dynamite; Bryan Danielson will face Dustin Rhodes, and Eddie Kingston will battle Lance Archer for a spot in the next round.
Then, to round out the field of semi-finalists, 10 of Dark Order will take on Jon Moxley on the October 27 episode of Dynamite. Cassidy will face the winner of this bout, while the victors of Saturdays’ matches will collide in the next round.
