WWE Files Trademark For Variations Of ‘Scrapp Mettal’

WWE has filed a handful of new trademarks for what seems to be in-ring names for various superstars.

According to a new filing with the USPTO, WWE has trademarked “Scrapp Metel,” “Scrapp Metal,” and “Scrapp Mettal” for entertainment purposes. The name “Scrapp Mettal” has three separate filings with the same description, perhaps hinting at WWE ushering in a new group with that name in the future.

You can check out the full filing below, courtesy of the USPTO:

It’s worth noting that on-screen WWE official Adam Pearce was once known as “Scrap Iron” during his in-ring career, so there might be some overlap with the new “Scrapp Metal” name.
