The WWE RAW Tag Team Champions faced the SmackDown Tag Team Champions in a battle for brand supremacy at WWE Survivor Series. RK-Bro, representing the red brand, faced The Usos, who hoped to score the win for SmackDown. The match also carried extra signficance for Orton; because it was his 177th match on a WWE pay-per-view, he broke Kane’s record for most pay-per-view bouts in company history.
Throughout the contest, both duos showcased their excellent chemistry in the hard-fought battle. In the end, an RKO out of nowhere from Randy Orton earned RK-Bro the victory.
