Carmella and Queen Vega upset the duo of Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship on the November 22 episode of WWE RAW.
In a hard-fought bout, Carmella was quick to get involved with Ripley by taking her down and brawling with her before Vega tagged in. As the match went on, WWE’s queen eventually got into it with A.S.H. and survived a huge throw into the corner, where Nikki began pummeling her with punches.
After Carmella broke up the pin attempt, she quickly went back outside the ring. In the end, Vega hit the Code Red on A.S.H. for the victory. After the match, the champions took an exceptionally long time celebrating in front of the dejected and shocked Ripley and A.S.H, who won the titles on the September 20 episode of WWE RAW.
