Big E Introduces Iowa For B1G Championship Game, WWE Files To Trademark ‘Tough Enough’

Big E Introduces Iowa For B1G Championship Game

Big E is no stranger to Iowa Football as he was a member of the football team for a few years, playing the most in 2006. He also appeared at Iowa University earlier this year during a big game against Penn State in which they won to propel into being one of the best college football teams in the nation.

Despite a lack of success to close out the season, Iowa managed to earn its way into the Big Ten (B1G) Championship game. WWE Champion Big E played a big role in their introduction, as he was the voice behind the video package that was played before they made their way onto the field.

WWE Files To Trademark ‘Tough Enough’

Could WWE be planning to bring back their ‘Tough Enough‘ series, or are they possibly just keeping up on their trademarks?

Either way, WWE filed a new trademark for “Tough Enough” last week in which the filing says: “Mark For: TOUGH ENOUGH trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, clothing ties, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands; bandanas; championship trophy belts.”

The most recent season was held in 2015 and produced talent including Velveteen Dream, Sonya Deville, and Mandy Rose. Edge referenced Tough Enough as recent as last week on RAW when having an exchange with The Miz, who was arguably the most successful star to ever come out of Tough Enough.
