Mandy Rose Retains NXT Women’s Title Against Cora Jade & Raquel Gonzalez At New Year’s Evil

Mandy Rose remains the “attraction” after the ball dropped on NXT New Year’s Evil.

The NXT Women’s Champion held onto her gold after she took on Cora Jade and Raquel Gonzalez in a Triple Threat Match on Tuesday night. Rose literally flew in style to the Capitol Wrestling Center as she arrived at the event via helicopter. Once the bell rang, Gonzalez displayed her power while the young Jade showed tenacity in her efforts.

But the veteran Rose ultimately clinched the victory; in the end, Jade tried rolling Rose up for the 1-2-3, but the champion turned the tables and stacked Jade up for the three count.
