WWE Confirms Stipulation For Roman Reigns Vs. Brock Lesnar At WrestleMania 38

Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns have a chance to leave WrestleMania with even more gold.

At the conclusion of the Elimination Chamber event, WWE advertised the WrestleMania 38 main event match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar as a champion vs. champion match with no indication of which titles would be up for grabs.

In a new update, WWE has confirmed that this match will be ‘winner take all’ with both the WWE Championship and the WWE Universal Championship on the line. Despite both titles being up for grabs, it was not specified if this will be a unification match, or if the winner will simply carry and defend both titles moving forward.

“The table has been set. 2022 Royal Rumble winner and WWE Champion Brock Lesnar has chosen to battle Roman Reigns in a Title vs. Title Match. It’s WINNER TAKE ALL in a highly anticipated rematch at WrestleMania,” WWE wrote.

Roman Reigns has been Universal Champion for 530+ days, winning the title at WWE Payback in 2020. Brock Lesnar earned his WWE Universal Championship match by winning the 2022 Men’s Royal Rumble. Lesnar then entered the Elimination Chamber and won the WWE Championship on February 19. Former champion Bobby Lashley did not factor into the result of the match, and is now reportedly set to be out four months because of a shoulder injury.
