Moose Is Working Through A Torn Labrum Injury

Moose says he’s down, but not out.

IMPACT World Champion Moose told PWInsider.com in a new interview that he is currently working through a torn labrum injury. Moose said he intends to work through the injury, but he will have to take time off to rehab it at some point down the line.

It is unclear when the injury occurred, but Moose was part of the company’s most recent set of tapings in New Orleans on February 20. Moose and Mickie James are currently in Louisville doing media for the company’s next set of television tapings in Louisville, Kentucky on March 5 and 6.

Moose recently spoke with WrestleZone about his current run as IMPACT World Champion, and he spoke about how the title and being the “face” of the company was a sign of his hard work paying off.

“It’s definitely a lot of hard work. I’ve worked my butt off to achieve being the face of the company and to have my face on the poster and to be the guy that’s going on media tours to promote,” he explained. “There’s definitely been a lot of hard work that’s been done in my six years in IMPACT Wrestling and I’m extremely proud of it.”
