Ricochet is the new WWE Intercontinental Champion.
On the March 4 episode of WWE SmackDown, the “One and Only” defeated Sami Zayn to win the gold, but he had some help in doing so. At the end of a hard-fought bout, “Jackass Forever” star Johnny Knoxville came to ringside and distracted Zayn. Ricochet capitalized by pinning Zayn for the win.

Knoxville and Zayn have been feuding all year long, dating back to the actor’s entrance into the WWE Royal Rumble. He challenged “The Master Strategist” to a match last week, but the then-champion beat him up instead.
After the bout, Zayn challenged Knoxville to a match at WWE WrestleMania 38.
