William Regal Apologizes For Going Over His Time On AEW Dynamite

William Regal puts the “professional” in professional wrestler.

Regal posted the following on his Twitter account, apologizing publicly for apparently going over his allotted time during the March 9 episode of Dynamite:

This is a Professional note from me as I have no other form of SM and would rather my new colleagues see this as I don’t like gossip. I’m am very sorry to everyone effected by my time issues last night. I apologized to everyone personally effected..1/2

2/2 I should be showing people by example and being a Pro and hitting my times

Regal appeared on Dynamite for the first time on Wednesday, days after he debuted in AEW at the company’s Revolution pay-per-view. After Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson defeated The Workhorsemen on the show, Regal cut a heartfelt promo about his relationship with Tony Schiavone and why he chose to join AEW and unite Danielson and Moxley.

It’s unclear how the format of the show was affected by Regal’s speech, but it’s a classy move by him nonetheless.
