WrestleMania 38 main event Producer Pat Buck has departed WWE on his own terms.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Pat Buck informed WWE this afternoon that he was departing the company.
Buck produced both Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar and Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 38, two of the biggest publicized matches on the show over the weekend.
According to Johnson, the story is that Buck achieved his goal of producing a main event match on the biggest show of the year, but now wants to focus more on his family, something the WWE schedule doesn’t consistently allow a lot of time for.
Pat Buck was also part of WWE talent relations, so these will be some big shoes to fill for the company going forward. Buck will not be in attendance tonight for RAW.
