The dynamic duo of MVP and Bobby Lashley has come to an end, as MVP betrayed his former friend during the April 4 episode of WWE RAW to side with Omos.
Following Lashley’s win over Omos at WrestleMania 38, MVP came out to the ring and said that Lashley did the impossible and didn’t even need his help to do it. He then welcomed out Lashley, who said that while Omos did toss him around the ring, he still got the job done. Omos’ music hit at that moment, and he stormed out to the ring. The giant then demanded a rematch because, according to him, Lashley’s win was nothing but a “fluke.”
As the two began staring down one another, MVP stunned the crowd by attacking Lashley from behind. He proceeded to help Omos beat up the former WWE Champion. As he did so, MVP yelled,” You don’t need me, huh?”He ended the assault with a running kick to Lashley’s head.
