All Elite Wrestling taped the April 8 episode of AEW Rampage after the April 6 episode of AEW Dynamite in Boston, Massachusetts.
The night included Jon Moxley vs. Wheeler Yuta, an Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Qualifier, an appearance from HOOK and more.

Bryan Danielson defeated Trent Beretta
- Danielson won via submission with the LeBell Lock
HOOK came out for an interview, but he just ate his chips and didn’t talk. Danhausen jumped out of a trash can to curse him, but HOOK threw his chips and Danhausen and left.
AEW TNT Champion Scorpio Sky, Dan Lambert and Ethan Page came to the ring, but they were interrupted by Tay Conti and Sammy Guevara. Sammy said he’d make their lives hell until he got a match.
Swerve Strickland defeated QT Marshall
- Swerve won via pinfall after a running kick to the back of the head. Ricky Starks came out and challenged Swerve to a tag match next week, himself and Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Swerve and Keith Lee.
The Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Qualifier
Red Velvet defeated Willow Nightingale
- Red Velvet won via pinfall after the Just Desserts kick.
Jon Moxley defeated Wheeler Yuta
- This was a non-title match (Yuta is the ROH Pure Champion) that Moxley won with the Bulldog Choke. After the match, Moxley, Brian Danielson and William Regal all shook hands with Yuta, welcoming him into the Blackpool Combat Club.
