The Briscoes To Face Second Gear Crew In High Incident Match At GCW The Old Me

Game Changer Wrestling has often been compared to ECW, and now the promotion will take this similarity to a new height…literally.

In a tweet on April 15, GCW announced that The Briscoes will face Second Gear Crew (Mance Warner and Matthew Justice) in a High Incident Match at “The Old Me” event in Detroit on April 23.

ECW made the High Incident Match famous at an event named after the match in 1996. The wrestling world has seen other scaffold matches since, but the High Incident is a clear callback to ECW.

At GCW The Old Me, Minoru Suzuki will face 2 Cold Scorpio and Bandido will face Joey Janela, among other noteworthy bouts.
