All Elite Wrestling taped AEW: Battle of the Belts II in Garland, Texas, after the April 15 episode of AEW Rampage.
The event featured three title matches. Nyla Rose challenged for Thunder Rosa’s AEW Women’s World Championship, Sammy Guevara tried to regain Scorpio Sky’s AEW TNT Championship, and Dalton Castle battled for Jonathan Gresham’s ROH World Championship.

- AEW TNT Championship: Sammy Guevara defeated Scorpio Sky (c) to win the title
- Ethan Page got involved during the match, and Paige VanZant brawled with Tay Conti.
- ROH World Championship: Jonathan Gresham (c) defeated Dalton Castle to retain the title.
- After the match, Satnam Sing, Jay Lethal, and Sonjay Dutt came out and attacked both competitors. Lee Moriarty tried to make the save, but Singh overpowered him. Samoa Joe came to the ring and ran the trio off with a pipe.
- AEW Women’s World Championship: Thunder Rosa (c) defeated Nyla Rose to retain the title.
