Johnny Elite will compete on the June 1 episode of AEW Dynamite.
In a tweet, company president Tony Khan announced that the former John Morrison has signed an open contract to “fight anyone in AEW”, so fans will have to wait and see who he winds up facing.

Elite made his AEW debut as The Joker in The Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament; he lost to Samoa Joe on the May 18 episode of AEW Dynamite. He then defeated Marq Quen on the May 28 episode of AEW Dark. Khan recently stated that he’d love to see Elite come back to AEW, and now the former IMPACT World Champion will compete on the company’s flagship show for the second time.
Plus, Wardlow will face JD Drake a singles match on the show. This bout will mark the powerhouse’s first match as an official member of the AEW roster, as he defeated MJF at AEW Double or Nothing to free himself of his contract to his former employer. After the match, Tony Schiavone announced that Wardlow is “All Elite.”
