The Miz and Logan Paul will face off at WWE SummerSlam.
What started as a successful partnership has transformed into a bitter rivalry between the two. They teamed up to defeat Rey and Dominik Mysterio at WWE WrestleMania 38, but after the match, “The A-Lister” dropped Paul with a Skull Crushing Finale. Since then, the social media megastar has been determined to get revenge. He signed a contract with WWE and repeatedly told The Miz that he was coming for him at WWE SummerSlam.
On the July 18 episode of WWE RAW, Paul returned as the special guest on Miz TV. As he has in recent weeks, the former WWE Champion initially tried to make amends with Paul, who wanted nothing to do with it. Instead, he emphasized his challenge for a match. The Miz turned him down, saying he wasn’t ready. But when Paul stated that he’d be back the following week to host his own of Miz TV, he clearly upset “The Most Must-See Superstar.” He then said that The Miz has blueberries in his pockets and started a “tiny balls” chant. Infuriated, “The A-Lister” accepted the challenge and proceeded to brawl with Paul.
To help The Miz, Ciampa got involved, but Paul escaped and stared down his foe to close the show.
