The September 5 episode of WWE RAW featured some buzzworthy moments, and next week’s looks to also feature a ton of major matches.
During this week’s episode, WWE confirmed that next week will feature the highly anticipated return of Johnny Gargano to in-ring action. For Gargano, this will be his first time in the ring since he left WWE in December 2021 and took some time away from the ring. He returned to the company on the August 22 episode of RAW, and he has been feuding with Theory ever since.
Elsewhere on the card, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah will defend their titles against Dakota Kai and IYO SKY, the duo they defeated to win the gold in the tournament finals.

Plus, Edge will face Dominik Mysterio. The young star betrayed Edge and Rey Mysterio at WWE Clash at the Castle and subsequently joined The Judgment Day. He helped the faction brutally attack Edge on Monday night after the WWE Hall of Famer challenged Dominik to a match.
