On October 10, New Japan Pro-Wrestling held its Declaration of Power event at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan.
The event featured an IWGP World Heavyweight Championship match and aired on NJPW World.

- NJPW officicially introduces the NJPW WORLD TV Title.
- Master Wato def. Taiji Ishimori
- Hiromu Takahashi and El Desperado make it clear that they want to challenge for the the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship. Ishimori suggests a four-way bout for the gold.
- KOPW 2022 – Who’s Your Daddy Match: Shingo Takagi (c) def. El Phantasm
- After the match, Phantasmo calls Shingo “Daddy” and low blows him.
- Kazuchika Okada def. JONAH
- IWGP World Heavyweight Championship: Jay White (c) def. Tama Tonga
- After the bell, Okada confronts White.
