The October 21 episode of WWE SmackDown will feature a title match and the return of a top star.
As confirmed during the October 14, 2022 episode, Logan Paul will return to the show next week, as his match with Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is right around the corner. He previously appeared on the October 7 episode of SmackDown, where he confronted Reigns and The Bloodline.
Plus, Damage CTRL (Dakota KAI and IYO SKY) will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against Shotzi and Raquel Rodriguez. The two teams have been feuding in recent weeks. On Friday night, Bayley, Kai and SKY defeated Rodriguez, Shotzi, and Roxanne Perez in a six-woman tag team match.
Elsewhere on the show, Liv Morgan will battle Sonya Deville. On Friday night, Deville insulted Morgan and criticized her for losing the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Morgan responded by viciously attacking Deville backstage and slamming her through a table.
