Premier Streaming Network Set To Launch In 2023

A new streaming service will release next year.

The digital library of professional wrestling has vastly grown across of plethora of platforms in recent years. Worldwide access to live events, match archives, and documentaries often entices many to join. With the aid of a seasoned streaming service expert and a former Director Of Programming for FITETV, a new streaming network will unveil in early 2023.

Per CuCommunicationsPremier Streaming Network (PSN) will act as a new streaming platform, with professional wrestling and combat sports fans as some of the targeted viewers. Under the direction of PSN President Paul Owen and Vice President of Programming and Creative Development Josh Shernoff, the duo will lead the launch. Owen previously took ownership of more than 2,500 live-streaming events. In addition, he notably helped manage World Wrestling Entertainment’s WWE Network and Ultimate Fighting Championship’s UFC Fight Pass.

“During my career, I’ve seen many technologies, strategies, promotional methods, and other various aspects of streaming and their respective results,” Owen said. “I believe that what we’re building at Premier Streaming Network has the best formula to serve promoters and fans around the world. We’re bringing world-class technology and making it available for everyone who needs a home to reach their fanbase, gain new fans, grow their brand, and bring their product to a global market. For fans, they’ll have a great way to watch their favorite product, interact with their favorite events, and most of all, be entertained.”

Josh Shernoff remains an award-winning host and producer, including a long stint with FITE. In his new role as PSN Vice President of Programming, he will begin to establish “mutually beneficial relationships with promoters, leagues, content creators and owners to deliver events and programs that exceed the needs of the viewing public.”

Shernoff said he was “excited” to instill “fresh ideas” for the network’s working relationship with content providers. With two-decade experience in content creation and promoting, the new VPP hopes to provide a successful user experience as well.

Accordingly, PSN offers special perks such as “access to combat sports, pro wrestling and entertainment live events and libraries, traditional sporting events, documentaries and original content series.” Starting in early 2023, the Premier Streaming Network will be accessible from many outlets. “Web, iOS and Android mobile web and desktop, Chromecast, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, and many Smart TV’s.”
