AEW Battle of The Belts V Viewership Increases, Demo Slightly Up

AEW Battle of the Belts V viewership marked an increase for the seriess.

According to Showbuzz Daily, 409,000 viewers watched the show on Friday night. This number is up from the 317,000 viewers who watched the previous show in October. 704,000 viewers watched the first Battle of the Belts in January 2022, 527,000 viewers tuned in for the next special in April, and August’s Battle of the Belts III drew 437,000 viewers.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, Battle of the Belts V scored a 0.11 rating, which is up from Battle of the Belts V (0.10). For comparison, the first Battle of the Belts drew a 0.27 rating, while the next two scored a 0.18 rating.

Friday’s show kicked off with a No Holds Barred Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship, as The Acclaimed defended the gold against Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal. Plus, Jade Cargill put the TBS Championship on the line against Skye Blue. In the main event, Kip Sabian challenged Orange Cassidy for the AEW All-Atlantic Championship.
