A new match has been announced for the January 20 episode of WWE SmackDown.
WWE has announced that The Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland & Butch) will take on Imperium (Ludwig Kaiser & Marcel Barthel) on Friday in a first-round match of the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. Elsewhere on the show, Drew McIntyre and Sheamus will face the Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) in another first-round bout. The winner of the tournament will earn a shot at the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.

Plus, as previously announced, Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens will sign the contract for their match at WWE Royal Rumble.
