Wardlow Wins TNT Championship At AEW Revolution

Wardlow has regained the TNT Championship.

At AEW Revolution, “Mr. Mayhem” challenged Samoa Joe for the TNT Championship. The two powerhouses went back and forth. and Joe targeted Wardlow’s leg throughout the match. Wardlow showcased his athleticism and power at different points, as he dive off the rope in an eye-opening moment. In the end, Wardlow locked in a sleeper hold. The referee checked on Joe and his arm dropped three times, so the referee called for the bell. As a result, Wardlow won the title for the second time.

Wardlow charges Joe and drives him out of the ring. He slams Joe into the barricade. Joe gains the upper hand with a dive. Joe gets Wardlow back in the ring and punches him in the corner. Wardlow hits a Whisper in the Wind and hits some shoulders to Joe in the corner. He grounds the champion and hits a clothesline in the corner.

Joe takes out Wardlow’s leg and drills him with a series of strikes. Joe slams Wardlow to the mat and targets his leg. He traps Wardlow in a heel hook. Wardlow escapes and drops Joe with a spinebuster. Wardlow hits an F10 and a diving senton for a two count. Joe locks Wardlow in a sleeper hold and takes him to the mat. Wardlow reaches the ropes to break the hold.

Powerhouse Hobbs is shown watching in the crowd. Wardlow drops Joe with a powerbomb. Joe levels him with a lariat. Wardlow takes Joe down and locks in a sleeper hold. Joe’s arm falls three times, so the referee calls for the bell.
