In-Ring Segment: Johnny Gargano

Gargano asks the crowd to watch his back for him since Grayson Waller attacked him from behind the last time he was in this ring. Gargano said he wants to teach his son to always finish what you start. He is back in NXT to finish what he started. Last he was in this ring, he was left lying with Waller stating above him. He didn’t just take Gargano’s moment, he took Gargano’s closure away from him. He hates to admit it, but he respects Waller for it.

Gargano wanted to give Waller a gift, so he waited and watched. The first person to leave him lying was Tommaso Ciampa. Ciampa went on to become the greatest NXT Champion. What did Waller do? He got two shots and lost. The biggest mistake Waller made was disrespecting NXT. NXT is Gargano’s home; you don’t disrespect a man’s home. Gargano is told by Vic Joseph that Waller is currently at Gargano’s house, live streaming. Gargano runs off.

After the break, Gargano hops in his car and drives off.

NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Gallus (c) vs. Pretty Deadly

Prince and Wilson work over Wolfgang. Prince tries a slingshot but gets caught in midair by Wolfgang. Wolfgang tosses PRince high in the air. Prince lands on his face. Coffy tags in and slingshot Prince into a back body drop from Wolfgang. Wplfgang and Coffy take turns beating down Prince. After the break, Prince and Wilson drop Coffy with a shot with one of the title belts. Coffy kicks out. Coffy and Wolfgang hit their finish for the win.

Winners and STILL NXT Tag Team Champions, Gallus!

Fallon Henley and Briggs break into Kiana James’ office. Henley finds proof that James has been dating someone named Sebastian.

NXT Women’s Championship Ladder Match Qualifying Match: Zoey Stark vs. Sol Ruca

Ruca sends Stark out of the ring. Stark superkicks Ruca out on the floor. Stark works over Ruca. Ruca fires up and lands a flurry of offense. Stark is clotheslined over the top rope. Triangle moonsault by Ruca. Ruca lands on her feet. Stark is sent back into the ring by Ruca. Ruca springboards in but is caught in the air by Stark. Stark hits her ripcord GTS for the win.

Winner- Zoey Stark

Tatum Paxley and Ivy Nile vs. Kayden Carter and Kitana Chance vs. Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn (Winner advances to Stand and Deliver for the Women’s Tag Title Match)

After a ton of back and forth, Nile is down in the ring. Nile crawls to the corner to tag in Paxley. Pacley drops off the apron and tells Nile she was never there for her. Chance and Carter set up their finish on Dawn. Fyre breaks it up. Dawn hits a backstabber into a swanton by Frye for the win.

Winners and NEW Number One Contenders, Alba Frye and Isla Dawn!

Backstage, Tony D’Angelo and Stacks ask Bron Breakker if he wants them to take out Carmelo Hayes for him. After a few bad impressions, Breakker eventually tells them he’s all set. Breakker thanks them and walks away. D’Angelo tells Stacks it may be time for them to add some gold to the family. Stacks asks if he means the NXT or North American Championships. D’Angelo says no, he said “them.” He means the NXT Tag Team Championships.

In-Ring Segment: Ilja Dragonov

Dragonov says he needs to finish this issue with JD McDonagh. McDonagh interrupts and says Dragonov can’t quit him. Dragonov wants to end this next week. McDonagh and Dragonov get into a brawl. The fight spills out of the ring into the backstage area.

Backstage, Pretty Deadly decides since they don’t have a match at Stand and Deliver, they should host it instead.

Backstage, Wes Lee is walking to the ring. Dragonov and McDonagh as still fighting. Lee tells McDonagh that boy is going to mess him up. McDonagh mushes Lee. Lee and McDonagh brawl until they are separated by referees.

Backstage, Thea Hail is doing Yoga with Tyler Bate as Duke Hudson watches. Andre Chase walks in and asks if he can speak to Hudson. Chase tells Hudson that Chase U is more than just wins and losses. It’s a place where you can be more, and at the end of the day, Chase U may have done more for Hudson than he sees. Chase walks away. Ava Rayne walks in and puts her Scisim mask on a Chase U cone. Hudson is confused.

In-Ring Segment: Wes Lee

Lee is in the ring for his open challenge. The locker room empties, and everyone is fighting. Axiom makes it in the ring but gets dropkicked by Scrypts. Dragonov and McDonagh’s fight spills into the ring. McDonagh decks Lee. McDonagh and Dragonov fight off. Lee gets fed up and dives over the top onto everyone fighting outside the ring.

Dabba-Kato vs. Apollo Crews

Crews dives off the top onto Kato before getting he can get in the ring. Kato and Crews fight outside the ring. Crews drives Kato into the ring post. The bell rings, Crews tackles Kato, and both men fall back out of the ring. Kato launches Crews into the barricade. Crews pops right back up and attacks Kato. Crews sends Kato into the ring steps.

Kato lands a big boot that drives Crews into the mat. After the break, Kato is working over Crews. Crews fires up and lifts Kato up for an Olympic Slam. Frog splash by Crews. Kato kicks out. Kato rolls out of the ring. Crews follows. Kato gives Crews a choke bomb on the ring steps. Crews is almost counted out. Kato hits another choke bomb for the win.

Winner- Dabba-Kato

Backstage, Kiana James is with Jensen. James is freaking out because her partner Henley isn’t anywhere to be found. She’s going to go it alone tonight.

NXT Women’s Championship Ladder Match Qualifying Match: Gigi Dolan vs. Kiana James

After a bit of back and forth, Dolan hits her crucifix bomb finish for the win.

Winner- Gigi Dolan

After the match, Frye and Dawn pull James out of the ring and beat her down on the floor. Jensen runs down to the ring to chase them off.

Gargano pulls up at his house and is attacked by Grayson Waller. As the two brawl, Candace LeRae comes out on the porch. Gargano tells her to go back in. Waller eventually breaks a broom over Gargano’s back. Curbstomp by Waller.

Backstage, James and Jensen argue with Henley and Briggs.

Contract Signing

Hayes arrives with Trick Williams. Breakker is solo. Hayes asks if it’s just going to be them. Breakker adds that someone else should be out here, but they don’t need it. Hayes agrees and quips that they should hurry up and sign so the countdown to a new champion can begin. Pretty Deadly’s music hits. They are here to host this contract signing just like they are hosting Stand and Deliver. Hayes puts over Breakker but says he made the North American Championship, the A Championship. He’s going to take the NXT Championship farther than Breakker ever could. Breakker says he wants to face the best version of Hayes at Stand and Deliver.

The version of Hayes that knows it’s his time. Hayes doesn’t want the Breakker with anger management issues or wearing a tux to induct his family members at the Hall of Fame. He wants the Breakker that runs head-first through walls. Wilson and Prince keep interrupting. Hayes and Breakker keep telling them to shut up. Hayes and Breakker both sign the contract. Both men. shake hands. Both men start to leave. Prince and Wilson tells them both to come back and give the people what they came here for. They want drama. Both Breakker and Hayes take off their shirts. Breakker and Hayes each grab a member of Pretty Deadly and slam them through the table in the ring.
