Eddie Dennis is returning to WWE, but he won’t be wrestling.
Dennis has been hired as a writer and producer for NXT; WWE announced the news in a post on their LinkedIn page.
Previously, Dennis wrestled for NXT UK, but he was released, alongside most of the roster, when WWE announced that the brand would be going on hiatus ahead of the looming launch of NXT Europe. Dennis later announced his retirement at the Revolution Pro Revolution Rumble event in March.
Among other accolades, Dennis is a former PROGRESS Unified World Champion.
