Report: Sara Lee’s Cause Of Death Revealed

There has been an update in the death of former WWE Tough Enough competitor Sara Lee.

Lee passed away at the age of 30 in October 2022. At the time, the cause of her death was unclear.

TMZ reports the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s office ruled Lee’s death as a suicide; in the autopsy report, they noted that she consumed a lethal combination of alcohol and pills, and she left “letters of intent at the scene.”

Lee won WWE Tough Enough season six in 2015, and she earned a one-year WWE contract, but her career didn’t last long after the deal. She was married to Westin Blake (formerly known as Wesley Blake), who wrestled for WWE for several years, and they had three children together.

WrestleZone sends its best regards to Blake and Lee’s family and friends.
